CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING

24 hour notice is required (and greatly appreciated) for all cancellations or rescheduling needed. This 24 hour time frame will allow me to work around this free time and hopefully book someone else in that time slot.

IF 24 HOUR NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO SHOW

Being 15 minutes late will also be considered a no show.

NO SHOWS

No shows will be charged $25 at their next appointment. If you no show more than twice, you will be required to pay a $25 non-refundable deposit (which will go towards your service) for all future bookings. No showing will also result in losing current progress towards a discounted fill if applicable.
